responsible minimal discharge chemical cleaning where pre-treatment filling & conditioning
equipment is utilized to ensure ideal conditions from initial filling to final handover, reducing
water use while at the same time complying with BSRIA requirements.
Closed-loop Pre-Treatment Cleaning (CPC) is a methodology designed to reduce risks
associated with filling of systems with raw untreated water and at the same time reduce the
environmental impact of discharging chemical containing water down the drain.
We offer chemical-based CPC methodology where pipework passivation is achieved via
introduction of inhibitors and biocides, as well as chemical-free based methodology known as VDI 2035, which aims to manipulate certain chemical parameters of the system water to
achieve stable conditions.
