We offer Commissioning & balancing or all building engineering services including supply &
extract ventilation, heating, cooling as well as domestic water services. From commercial &
office spaces, and data centres to residential and clinical areas.
Installation and commissioning surveys are undertaken with the commissioning
requirements of the modern heating and air conditioning installation. All tests carried out are
in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Building Services, codes A & W.
Our engineers are able to carry out commissioning of any type of mechanical equipment
including supply and extract ventilation, large office heating or cooling systems, laboratory
ventilation including room pressure regime verification, domestic heat interface units (HIU)
as well as thermostatic mixing valves (TMV).
