Pre-Commission Cleaning & Water Treatment
Pre-commission cleaning is the process of bringing a closed heating or cooling
system to a satisfactory state for commissioning and ongoing maintenance of water
quality.
Pre-commission cleaning is usually achieved through a process of flushing and chemical
cleaning (where appropriate), followed by the addition of biocides and inhibitors.
We undertake chemical cleaning of closed-loop heating, cooling & condenser water systems
to relevant BSRIA standards. We can provide solutions suitable for any type of system
including new built and existing.
We assist our clients from pre-construction to final handover and can supply our own
equipment such as temporary pumps and fittings to suit the variety of different installation
scenarios to ensure compliance with BSRIA BG29 guidelines.
Full final certification of treated systems will be provided on easy-to-read test packs.
